Connected Live Kahoot!'ingUsing video calling tools or live streaming services, you’re able to loop in players from anywhere in the world. You can set up remote games with another classroom, office, school, or business. If you don't know anyone to play with, try posting an invitation in our Facebook Community.
- Video calling services - Tools like Skype, Google Hangouts, or Appear. In allow you to share your screen with remote participants. These are great when you have a small, private group and want face-to-face communication with them.
- Live streaming services - Services like Twitch, YouNow, Facebook Live, or YouTube Live also let you share your screen online with others. These are ideal if you want to host a kahoot publicly with a large audience. Please check bandwidth recommendations when expecting a large audience.
To join a connected kahoot, each location will need the following:
- Video access - One device needs to have a large screen. This device will be used to display your video feed for all participants at that location to see.
- Personal devices - Each player needs a device to participate at https://kahoot.it. If using iOS or Android devices, they can instead join using our mobile app.
