How do I update or manage billing for my org?

If your credit card expires or you want to update bank account info, you can do so from your account menu by selecting your username in the top nav bar and using “Billing”. Then choose “Manage subscription”.

Billing options you can expect are:
  • Viewing/downloading invoices
  • Editing credit card billing information
  • Cancel/Reactivate subscription plan
We only accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards. Changes will take effect immediately.
